I am, overall, laptop and case very satisfied luggage with my purchase of this bag. It has held up extremely well and, more importantly, been easy to handle while traveling. E-Bags have the best values for purses, suitcases, etc. anywhere that I shop. I have laptop tons of things from e-bags, and get compliments all the time. Keep up the great effort! This product is not case balanced conveniently. When it luggage is packed, it will not stand upright on it''''s own. It will fall laptop over. case This is not convenientfor travelling through airports, or unpacking the trunk of a car. This is the best piece of luggage I have ever owned. It is light and compact, yet it holds a ton of stuff. The adjustable handle is one of the best luggage features, because I''''m tall and most rolling luggage hits me in the back of my foot when I walk with it. This one doesn''''t. Also it looks great and fits in any overhead compartment easily. I flown with it several times and it is great.
