This product is not gear balanced conveniently. When it is packed, it will not stand upright on it''''s own. It will fall over. This is not convenientfor travelling through airports, or unpacking the trunk of a car. This is the best piece of luggage I have ever owned. It is light and compact, yet it holds a ton duffel of stuff. The adjustable handle is one of the best features, because bag and travel I''''m tall and most rolling luggage hits me in the back of my foot when I walk with it. This one doesn''''t. Also it looks great and gear fits in any overhead compartment easily. I flown with it several times and it is great.

This bag makes an excellent carry-on, stowing well under the seat. It can also be a great bag for a weekend trip. I took my mother for an overnight trip and it held all of both our things quite nicely. duffel The bag was bigger than I expected. Even bag with my hair dryer, I could fill the bag only about half full. I have not used it. I chose instead to use a smaller bag which held all my cosmetics, but not the hair dryer. I know that we have a good return policy; but with shipping and the restocking fee, I would receive very little in the return. I will see if a friend can use the bag.
